November 16 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm| $25
Did you know that 73% of consumers care about the company’s sustainability goals, not just the product, when they consider purchasing? In today’s economy, can a for-profit business owner put into action their social and environmental beliefs while improving the bottom line?
Learn how becoming a Certified B Corp will help consumers know your company meets rigorous standards of social and environmental responsibility that they demand. No matter the size or industry, when you are a B Corp you are part of a global movement working together toward one unifying goal: to redefine success in business.
Join us to learn real-world examples of how Certified B Corps in Mendocino County are becoming better environmental stewards, making real and measurable differences in their communities, and engaging employees to build vibrant workplace cultures.
Participants should be business leaders who:
- Walk the ‘sustainability’ talk and want to prove it (by earning 3rd party verification of their best practices).
- Believe in legacy (and want to find a way to build their values into the legal structure of their company).
- Strive to improve, always (using metrics that matter to recognize achievements and find new ways to level up and amplify their impact).
